General Impounds

If your vehicle was impounded through a police department or non-consensual, please bring the following information with you:

  • State Issued Identification
  • Proof of Ownership (Title or Tag Receipt)
  • Correct Cash or Certified Funds (Cashier’s Check/Money Order). No Debit/Credit Cards.
  • Keys if we don’t already have them.
  • If you are trying to access a vehicle on the owner’s behalf, click on the Forms tab and download the Vehicle Release Form. Fill it out and present it when you arrive at our location.

If you're a Lien Holder trying to pick up a vehicle, we will need to download and fill out the following forms:
