I had an employee run out of fuel in the middle of a busy hwy. I was able to contact Eastside and get someone on the phone quickly. They arrives promptly and was able to help. Thank you very much!

Absolutely 5 star service! Our neighborhood is uniquely difficult for large vehicles to maneuver and the driver handled it like a pro. Not a service I ever want to have to utilize again, but if I do, I'll be calling these folks!

Jay was absolutely amazing, professional, and very accommodating. He answered every question, kept me updated on his route, and made sure I knew when he located the car and was on the way. If I ever need Eastside again, I’ll definitely be calling for Jay. Truly A1 customer service during my time of need. Big shout out to him thank you so much!

i called 9 companies with no answer before eastside and they were so nice and actually answered and helped! i asked for an eta when they could get one and the driver (chris m.) called and gave me one, and was perfectly on time. i hate leaving reviews but the experience i had dealing with eastside was phenomenal. i hope i never need a tow again, but if i do i wouldn’t call anyone else. 10/10, 5 stars. kind, helpful, and on time. thank you all so much for your help on a late notice saturday!!!

I've used Eastside twice in the past two days. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and she remembered me from the day before. The driver was very cool and got to me quicker than expected. Not to mention their price was half of the first company I called. Very happy with my experience with Eastside!

I called Eastside towing to come pick up my car after an accident, and they arrived within 10 minutes. They towed my car to my house at my request. They sent me a link showing they were on the way with payment info, and i easily paid online while my car was being delivered. Chris was super nice and very helpful!
